Woman's Rights [An Act  concerning the rights and liabilities of  husband and wife. Passed March 30th, 1860] <cite> The Saturday Press </cite> reprints recently-passed laws concerning the property rights of married women.  The laws allow for the advancement of certain rights for women -- such as separate holdings of property -- but also maintains the powers of the husband.
