Dramatic Feuilleton Figaro writes to Mr. Editor that he has decided to "rebel" for the week from the "slavery" of attempting to write something witty about the theater.  Figaro writes that this decision came about after talking a friend at Pfaff's into writing the column for him and his substitute reporter being unable to produce anything on the state of theater.
