He reviews Cowell's Thursday performance and discusses the General's enjoyment of Canterbury Hall. He also mentions the venue's other attractions and performers.  Quelqu'un claims he is "not in the mood" to "say something appropriate to a 'Dramatic Feuilleton'" and complains of his mistreatment and imitation by the critics in the Sunday papers (3).  He also claims that most of the news has already been reported in the daily papers.  He does, however, give a brief mention of some theatrical current events.  The Feuilleton is followed by a piece about the American Dramatic Fund Association reprinted from <cite>The New York Evening Post</cite>.
