Dramatic Feuilleton "Inscribed to the General Public," Quelqu'un begins with a discussion of the new production of <cite>Our American Cousin</cite> and the General's influence on the actors' performances.  Quelqu'un notes that the show is popular, but not as skillful as the first production.  He recommends the Ravels at the Winter Garden and O'Brien's poem about the Chicago Zouaves in <cite>Harper's Weekly</cite>.  Quelqu'un informs his readers that he has been enjoying the Gale sisters' dancing at Nixon's every night of the week and that the General has been spotted at Wallack's several times.  The Feuilleton is followed by a note regarding the Odeon, a theater mentioned in <cite>The World</cite>.  The theater is adjoined to the Volks-Garden in the Bowery and its manager's name is similar to another New York managers.  Quelqu'un also notes that it is the only theater aside from Barnum's Museum to receive <cite>The World's</cite> "protection" (3).
