'Vanity Fair' This column announces the establishment of a new Fair, called <cite>Vanity Fair</cite>, at No. 113 Nassau Street, by Mr. Frank J. Thompson.  The purposes of this fair and its desire to capture and exhibit Folly are briefly discussed.
