The Bartlett-Oviedo Nuptials: A Correction Bartlett writes this letter to the editor of the <cite>New York Tribune</cite> in order to correct two claims published about his daughter's wedding to a Mr. De Oviedo: first, that she needed no translation because she speaks both French and Spanish fluently; and second, that she never visited De Oviedo's sick bed except with a group of forty or so young ladies when invited.
