Letter from the Editor This "Letter from the Editor" is addressed to "Mr. Printer," and asks him to stop his "subterfuges."   H.C. Jr. asks the printer what he would prefer to be written about in the paper and then reprints a portion of his comments on the European War from the previous month.  H.C. Jr. then follows his earlier comments with commentary about the wars, the problems of "Able Editors" in discussing the wars, and the political situation in France.
