The Trans-Atlantic Balloon [from the Troy Whig] Mr. John La Mountain, a noted aeronaut, has almost completed arrangements for construction of a hot air balloon which he will attempt to use to cross the Atlantic Ocean. Details of the balloon’s size and construction are provided.
