The New American Cyclopaedia The <cite>Saturday Press</cite> condemns Appleton’s <cite>New American Cyclopedia</cite> for being poorly put together and entirely unreliable. The greedy men at Appleton are tricking the public into buying a faulty text which cost little to make, and whose proceeds will be large. The <cite>Press</cite> feels that it has a duty to bring these issues to attention, though it does so at some cost.
