Abstract

McCrady explains his delay in correspondence and addresses a letter he received from Mitchell's father about the progress made in aquiring certain legal documents. McCrady notes an ambiguity surrounding his own account due to an enquiry regarding the "Behling purchase." However, Mitchell's prior letter indicated satisfaction with McCrady's affairs. McCrady closes with a request that Mitchell forward the legal documents when he receives them from his father.
