Abstract
McCrady apologizes for omitting the information Mitchell requested. He has enclosed a statement from the master of the "McElhenney vs. McElhenney" case, made when the amount from "the Behlings" purchase was included in the sums divded. McCrady goes on to delineate the cash and land divded between Ada and Susan McElhenney. The letter closes with McCrady's request that Mitchell return the statement, as it is an original.
